Congressman John Ratcliffe

Representing the 4th District of Texas

2015 Congressional Art Competition Winners

The Congressional Art Competition, themed “An Artistic Discovery”, is an opportunity to recognize and encourage the artistic talent in the nation, as well as in each congressional district.   Mr. Ratcliffe is extremely impressed with the quality of artwork his office received this year, and he is so proud of the talented youth in our district.  The competition was juried by nine judges from across the District, including college art department heads, art league members, and accomplished artists. The overall winning artwork of each participating district will be displayed for one year in the U.S. Capitol.

All artwork is not for reproduction and is the property of the artist and may not be used without written consent from the artist.
